Here is a basic map of the original route of the Jefferson Highway.

Click on this image and a more detailed map will appear. Click on any piece of road on that map and a google map will open showing the Jefferson Highway as a blue line.

You can zoom right down to street level on those maps and using the google tools you will even be able to zoom right into pictures almost anywhere on the Highway.

You can virtually stand at any intersection on the roadway and be able to turn around and look at the Jefferson Highway.
